XP Department ("we," "us") is an independent creator project, not a registered company. This policy explains what little data xpdepartment.com collects from visitors and how it's used.
Information We Collect
- Email address - only if you voluntarily submit it through the "Notify Me" form. Used solely to email you when the channel's first video goes live. We don't sell, rent, or share it with anyone else.
- Aggregate analytics - via Cloudflare Web Analytics: page views, referrers, and general visit counts. This tool is cookieless and collects no personal identifiers - it can't be used to individually identify you.
What We Don't Do
No cookies, no third-party ad trackers, no cross-site tracking, no data sold to advertisers.
How Your Data Is Used
Notify-me submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and forwarded to us by email. We don't operate our own database of visitor data beyond that inbox.
Your Rights
You can ask us to delete any email you've submitted at any time. Contact contact@xpdepartment.com.
